Scope and contact
This policy explains the current data handling of ScorpyraBots, operated under the Scorpyra name.
For service questions or privacy requests, email [email protected]. Include the service name and, for NickBind requests, your Discord user ID and relevant server ID. Do not send passwords or tokens. We may ask for information needed to verify your request.
Information the directory processes
The public directory does not require an account and does not create an account database, set application cookies, or load analytics or advertising trackers. Your browser sends connection information such as IP address and request metadata to the hosting server so it can deliver pages and assets. Fonts and images are served locally.
Routine Caddy request access logging is not enabled in this deployment. Hosting and service infrastructure may still process diagnostic and security information. No fixed retention period for infrastructure diagnostics is configured by the directory application.
Bot dashboards and external pages
Opening a bot page brings you to that bot’s service, whose own Privacy Policy describes its sign-in, cookies and operational records. NickBind’s policy is available at /nickbind/privacy. The custom bot request form at scorpyra.com is separate from this directory; information you submit there is not collected by this directory application.
Your choices
You can browse without signing in. Contact Scorpyra to ask about personal information connected to your use, or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Identify the relevant bot so your request can be directed to the correct records. Depending on applicable law, other rights may include portability, restriction, objection and a complaint to a data protection authority.
Disclosure and service providers
Information is shared with Discord when its sign-in and bot features are used, and hosting infrastructure processes information needed to run the service. Authorized operators can access operational data for maintenance and support. For NickBind, authorized server administrators can view their server’s configuration and activity. Data is not sold or used by these applications for advertising. Information may be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users.
Other services and policy updates
Discord processes information under its own Privacy Policy. Links to other sites do not make their data handling part of this policy. Changes to this service’s data handling will be reflected here with a revised date.
Display preference
The light/dark switch stores your chosen mode in browser local storage under scorpyra-theme. This preference is shared between ScorpyraBots and its bot pages on the same website origin, stays on your device, and is not sent to our server or used for tracking. It remains until you change it or clear the site’s browser data. Without a saved choice, the interface follows your device’s color preference.
