Terms of Service
About these terms
These terms cover ScorpyraBots, operated under the Scorpyra name. By using this service, you agree to use it under these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. These terms do not replace any separately agreed custom development contract.
What the service provides
ScorpyraBots is a directory of Scorpyra custom Discord bots and links to their dedicated websites and dashboards. Each bot has its own terms and privacy policy. The custom bot request form is hosted separately at scorpyra.com.
Accounts and authorized use
You must meet Discord’s eligibility requirements when using Discord features. Use only accounts and servers you are authorized to manage. Do not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, misuse personal data, impersonate others, or submit unlawful or abusive content. Server administrators are responsible for their configuration and communicating server rules to members.
Availability and changes
The service depends on hosting and Discord and may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, permission changes, or platform changes. No uninterrupted availability or particular result is promised. Features may change, and access may be restricted to address abuse or security issues. Any service commitments in a separate client agreement remain applicable.
Ending use
You may stop using the website at any time. For NickBind, you may sign out and revoke authorization in Discord; authorized server administrators may remove the bot. These actions do not by themselves erase all stored configuration or historical records. See the Privacy Policy to request deletion.
Rights and responsibility
Scorpyra retains rights in its software and branding; users retain rights in their submitted content. Submitted information is used to provide and maintain the service as described in the Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be limited. Discord is a separate service and this service is not endorsed by Discord.
Updates and contact
Updated terms will be published here with a revised date. Review them when continuing to use the service after an update.
For service questions or privacy requests, email [email protected]. Include the service name and, for NickBind requests, your Discord user ID and relevant server ID. Do not send passwords or tokens. We may ask for information needed to verify your request.
